Non-surgical girth enhancement

A Physician-Led Approach to Non-Surgical Girth Enhancement

Individualized treatment focused on girth and contour—not true structural lengthening—with privacy, conservative planning and informed consent at every step.

What it is

What Is Penile Enhancement?

Penile enhancement is a non-surgical aesthetic treatment designed to increase penile girth, improve proportion, and enhance overall appearance.

At MAXUP, treatment is tailored to each patient’s anatomy and goals, with an emphasis on natural-looking results, discretion, and a personalized approach. Hyaluronic acid (HA) filler is used for this type of enhancement, and every treatment begins with a private consultation to determine suitability and discuss expected outcomes.

How HA filler works

Volume placed in an appropriate tissue plane.

Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in body tissues. HA-based dermal fillers are gel-like materials used to add volume. A qualified provider carefully places product with the goal of increasing circumference and refining contour. Product selection, technique and regulatory considerations—including any off-label use—must be reviewed by the treating physician and appropriate compliance counsel before specific claims are published.

Potential goals—not promises

Increased girth
Improved proportion
Smoother contour
Correction of certain asymmetries
A non-surgical approach
Individualized planning
Gradual or staged enhancement
Potential greater satisfaction with appearance

Treatment does not automatically improve sexual function, relationships, confidence or self-esteem.

Why men consider it

Personal reasons, respectfully discussed.

Reasons may include appearance concerns, body image, asymmetry, a desire for increased girth, personal confidence or reconstructive concerns. A consultation explores whether treatment is appropriate—not whether anyone should want it.

Who may be suitable

Candidacy is individual.

Potential candidates are adults in good general health who seek a cosmetic change in girth or proportion, have realistic expectations, understand temporary results and possible risks, and are medically suitable after consultation.

Who may not be suitable

The provider may advise against treatment because of unrealistic expectations, unsuitable anatomy, active infection, certain health conditions, medications, healing concerns, or an inability to follow aftercare. A final decision requires a private medical evaluation.

What happens during treatment

A considered medical process.

01

Consultation

Goals, health history, anatomy and expectations are reviewed privately.

02

Planning

If suitable, the provider explains product amount, technique, recovery, risks and price.

03

Treatment

Numbing measures are used and treatment is performed in office without surgical incisions or general anesthesia when appropriate.

04

Aftercare

Written instructions explain care, restrictions, warning signs and recommended follow-up.

After treatment

Recovery is individual.

Temporary swelling, tenderness, bruising or discomfort may occur. Swelling immediately after treatment is not the final result. Exercise, intimacy and other restrictions must follow your provider’s written instructions rather than a universal online timeline.

Results & longevity

Visible change, then settling.

A visible change may be present after treatment, but contour evolves as swelling resolves and tissues settle. Filler is not permanent. Longevity varies with anatomy, product, treatment volume and individual healing; maintenance or additional treatment may eventually be requested.

Follow-up

Assessment after the visit.

When recommended, follow-up assesses healing, comfort, symmetry and contour. Contact the practice promptly about unexpected or concerning symptoms rather than waiting for a routine visit.

Risks & safety

Clear information before consent.

All medical procedures have risks. Possible effects or complications may include temporary swelling, tenderness, bruising, discomfort, contour irregularity or asymmetry, infection, inflammatory reactions, nodules or firmness, dissatisfaction with appearance, need for additional treatment or correction, and other complications discussed by the treating provider before informed consent.

This list is not exhaustive. Treatment cannot be described as completely safe or risk-free, and no result is guaranteed.

Realistic expectations

Conservative change over excessive volume.

  • • Results vary with anatomy, product, volume and healing.
  • • Filler is temporary and may require future maintenance.
  • • Treatment focuses on appearance and girth, not true structural lengthening.
  • • Early swelling should not be represented as the final result.
  • • A provider may recommend staging treatment or declining treatment.
